I'm visiting London the 15-16 and was hoping to run into some musicians. Are there any stringed instrument shops I should find there? Although I won't be carting my banjo and concertina from the US, I'd be happy to get together for a pint or to share a song. Although I'm not a great musician, I have lots of enthusiasm! www.youtube.com/saltypawsBentley

Hey Bently
Me and my dad Ned (or Pete as we call him) Are up for a few beers and a few songs (well quite a lot of beer and a few songs anyway, beer and folk music are inextricably liked in the UK)
Send me a PM here on the site or email me at 'madgeniusmusic AT googlemail DOT com' ('scuse the spam bot prevention their mate)
Hope to hear from you soon
Danny

Hi Bentley. It would be great to meet up for a jam and a pint or two. give Danny a call to see what we can do. I will be working on the days you are here, but I'll be home by 4.30.and you are very welcome to stop by.There is a spare banjo sitting there waiting for someone to play it. Enjoy your visit mate, and yes there are some very good music shops, both in central London and locally. Hope we hear from you. Pete
