What is the best banjo moment you've had? Mines a draw between That 1st saturday at Brinchley with just the 4 of us + Patrick picking until the wee small hours, and dropping my banjo around the neck of my then 10 year old nephew and seeing his face light up like a xmas tree.

I have a couple currently ...
One similar to yours, when I play my "little warm up tune" (just a simple GCD progression with some h/o, p/o and slides) and my 4 yr old son does the "Chicken Dance", not in the usual way though with arms flapping (ala chicken tonight advert) instead he places one hand on top of his head (to represent the chickens comb) and one hand on his bum (to represent the tail), he then jumps around wiggling his bum and flapping his comb and tail - VERY FUNNY to watch, he has me in fits of laughter every time.
One of my other moments is when I handed over my first banjo to my friend and started to share what I know with him (which aint a lot admitidly!).
