Hi folks, Thanks to Ken from VA on the Tangier sound group for the link to 'Sugar in the Gourd'. Its a FREE online broadcast of great old time music. It covers tons of groups and there is no annoying DJ's! Each song and album are shown as they play along with the artists names. You have to register, but its free and very easy to do. It really is worth a listen, as long as you dont shut the page, (just minimise it) you can have it on in the background while you are working on something else. Here is the link... www.sugarinthegourd.com/Andrew

Help! There's some great music on the site, but how do you listen to it? I clicked the "listen" icon and it switched me to some other website. I clicked on one or two of the tunes, and it just opened up other websites.
Perplexed and in need of (simple) guidance,
Roland

Click (as you did) in the listen icon. this opens a new window to 'Loud city' this is the host site of 'sugar in the gourd.' (On loud city there are many different types of stations that you can listen to.) dont click on any music thenOn this page you will see 'login or register' Click on register. just follow their instructions, its very quick. when you are set up you can then listen in! Good luck and let me know if it doesnt work. Andrew
