Hear, hear, Andrew - I've just left a comment, myself, on Tangier Sound about Rev. Alec's rendition - he has an amazing voice and that song was a wonderful choice. The uke was good too!
Hey, maybe you have started something now with this 'video of the week award'!!! :-)

Hi Rev Alec - great video and nice voice, I've just recorded a short video of a banjo I've just made and I wanted to know how to put videos on the site.
If anyone else knows please let us know so I can share it with you (it could be classed as a scarey movie)
Cheers Eddy

The one most of us use is Youtube but there are others. Once you have done that, right click on the address at the top of the page where your video is, and copy the link. Then come to this page and right click again in the body of your message, and paste the link. Then highlight the link (shows as blue) and click the 'tube' button in the 'add tags' box. I hope this helps, if not let me know here and I will try again! We would all love to see your video, so please give it a try! Andrew

Hi Andrew Thanks for the info, hope it works and don't expect too much - the words stage fright come to mind.

Thats fantastic Eddy! Seriously, I am really impressed. Have you made other instruments, or do you work with wood anyway? Great banjo, great vid, and great playing. Looking forward to much more !! Blimey Andrew

Hi Andrew
Thanks for the comments but not sure about great vid and great playing but no I've never made any instrument before, I just did it for something to do. I don't actually work in wood, I'm a maintenance person in a military 6th form college where I had the use of a lathe and band saws and spindle sanders etc.
Regards Eddy
