Festivals '08 ?

Anyone attending any festivals this summer ?

I'm off to the Green Man festival (www.thegreenmanfestival.co.uk/) for my brother-in-laws 'stag' weekend next month.....haven't been to a festival for a few years!

'really looking forward to seeing Pentangle again (we saw them at the Lyceum in London a few weeks back) and Iron & Wine....amoungst others (lots of acts i've never heard of too).

Anyone off to the Didmarton Bluegrass Festival this year ? (I keep meaning to go!)

Blimey... I just realised the festival is near me.... and its not far off now...16 august...

hmmm, maybe I'm too old for festivals now!

The last festival I went to had TRB as the headline act (Tom Robinson Band... yes I was singing along with 'sing if you're glad to be gay'... even though I'm not!) with Steve Miller band, and van Morrison...
Billson in belgium 1979 ish I think.

Gotta be honest here, never actually been to a festival (folk, rock or metal) I'm affraid to say. I always wanted to go to Donnington Monsters of Rock, (when it still WAS Donnington Monsters of Rock) but never did make it.
