there's about 4 or 5 different types of it, but blonde is the easiest to find there's a darker version called brown, a super strong one called triple, and a few others i dont know of  i need to get a few bottles in actually, having a bbq this weekend I used to live in Belgium for about eleven years, and the pubs used to have beer menus and we would try and work our way through them..! It's a good name for a beer. In terms of beer names I like Hobgoblin and Spitfire. Bishops Finger is good too.

'Mort subite' was a fave of mine...'Sudden death'!!
(Although it wasnt that strong.)
in the pub of the same name in Brussels they used to serve it in a glass that was like a shallow champagne glass but 8 inches across, and about an inch deep!
Seriously difficult to drink quickly from...but we managed!

Too much wine...  Red...Cabernet Sauvignon....Argentinian.... a bit too acidy for me. I like to try lots of different ones (usually because they are on offer) I always have a dilemma when I get to the drink isle in the supermarket... do I go for the 'safe' one, ... the one I know I like. (a bit boring, not adventurous) Or do I go for the one I've not tried and end up drinking it really quickly trying to stop it touching the sides...? Hmmm... a nice couple of pints of porter stout next week I think... PS I had a really nice bottle of stout last week on holiday, which, according to the label had sherry added to it as a hangover remedy !?! Really enjoyed that one. |

Last night I was mainly drinkin blackcurrant and soda,with vehicle like.
I still played crap at Bubbles,the pub.
I seem to remember one of our members' only prep is to imbibe a brandy.I'll hev to start.
