BBQ.
Made some steak patties with plenty of shredded onion and a bit of egg thrown in to the mix, slow cooked on the griddle, slapped between two pieces of bread with some cheddar and a bit of mixed leaf salad. Squirt of ketchup.

We sometimes have root vegetable quiche from Morrisons too - very nice for a change, Andrew. Hubby had jacket potato and a gammon steak, etc. and my jacket potato turned out to be half black inside, so couldn't eat much of it. Now if someone could invent an x-ray machine for spuds so we could check if they are mouldy inside BEFORE we cook them...............  |

Sweet chilli chicken and rice for me. Those leek/stilton/bacon pancakes sound delicious, I must admit! Yum!
